Proposal: AI employee in Telegram, team reports, dashboard
You want to know at any moment what each person on the team got done, without scrolling through ten chats. The answer: an AI employee in Telegram. It sits in each of the 10 group chats, reads the daily screenshots and text reports, logs them per person and reminds anyone who forgot. You ask it in your private chat how things are going today, this week or this month, or open the dashboard. Report collection and reminders start working in the first days; the whole system takes about 3 weeks. I'll firm that up once I see sample screenshots.
How I understand the task

How it works now
- 10 Telegram group chats. In each one, you and one team member.
- Every day the team member posts a screenshot of the work done, sometimes text.
- You need the picture per person and for the whole team: daily, weekly, monthly.
Where time and visibility get lost
- Reports are spread across 10 chats. To see how the week went, you have to scroll through them by hand.
- You can't search a screenshot or add it up with others. Numbers on images have to be copied out by hand.
- You only notice who forgot to report if you check every chat yourself.

One day in a team chat: the report arrives
The team member posts a screenshot or text about the work done.
The AI employee reads the screenshot and pulls out what matters: tasks, numbers, results.
It confirms briefly in the chat: "Logged: …". If something's off, the team member corrects it in one message.
The entry goes into the database and onto the dashboard: who, when, what, plus the original screenshot.
Same day: no report
The deadline passes with no report. You set the deadline for each person, with days off taken into account.
A reminder in that chat: "Today's report hasn't come in yet, please send it."
A few hours later, a second reminder if there's still no report.
If it stays quiet, you get an alert in your private chat. The day is marked as missed.

Stage 1. The AI employee in your 10 team chats
First 1-2 days: I set up the AI employee, you add it to the 10 chats, and we agree on deadlines and the wording of reminders. On day one it introduces itself to the team, so everyone knows it now reads and logs the reports.
What it does in the chats
- Reads every screenshot and text report, in Russian or English.
- Confirms each entry in the chat; the team member can correct it.
- Sends a reminder if no report comes by the deadline, and respects days off and leave.
- Tells you when someone keeps missing reports.
What goes into the database
- Date and time of the report, on time or after a reminder.
- What got done, as a summary and a list.
- The numbers on the screenshot that matter to you. We'll pick them together from real examples.
- The original screenshot, so you can always check.
Stage 2. Your AI employee, working 24/7
This isn't a bot with buttons. It's a real worker that runs with no days off. Everything about the project goes into its knowledge base: people, tasks, deadlines, your rules. So it answers ordinary questions in plain language and takes over the routine: summaries, reminders, comparisons, draft messages to the team, anything it has access to. For the first week you check every entry it makes and approve the reminder wording. After that it runs on its own.
Every morning: yesterday's summary. Who reported, who didn't, what got done.
Every Monday: the week's results per person and for the team.
On the 1st: the month's results compared with the month before.

- I never hold your passwords. The AI employee only sees the 10 chats you add it to and your private chat with it. The rest of your messages are out of its reach.
- The data is yours. Export any time, and if you cancel you take everything with you.

- No hidden monitoring. The AI employee introduces itself in every chat, and the team knows it logs the reports.
- The AI employee shows facts; it doesn't pass judgment. Reviews, bonuses and penalties stay with you.
- If screenshots show your clients' details, they stay in your database and go nowhere else.
